is $1350 a good price for unit

I guess it depends on how long the engine holds out for you. that's a high hour machine, so if everything works for a couple more years then, yes you got a decent deal. personally, I probably would not have bought a gas engined mower with that many hours, but you might get alot of use out of it.

I think it's a good deal. You can replace the engine in it pretty easily and for what that would cost, still be way ahead. I'd jump at a deal like that.
