Bobcat did have a line of smaller tractor backhoes similar to the Termite. The smallest was B200, all were Kubota diesel powered no gas version. If it is one of these the starting issue may be easy fix, they use an electric fuel lift pump but no type of filter between tank to pump. The pump would plug with debris and quite working.
Be advised; these are good little digging machine but have slow ground speed they do not have 2 speed motor/differential. Also the pump system is quite expensive to repair or replace because these are no longer built and the company that made the pump went out of business, was bought out by another company. I do not recall names of the pump supplier. There are a couple threads in the Bobcat Construction forum here in TBN that discusses troubleshooting and repair of these backhoes.
