DEUTZ Tractor is trapped

Hi every one
I need to tract my tractor to a workshop to remove his bell housing.
But he refuse to move, i removed all break flexible and the parking break but nothing changes.
and i putted the gear shift on neuter and press the clutch but nothing changes.
Does any one knows about an other way to resolve this problem

a flat bed tow truck may be needed.. I guess this was sitting for a long time, not used, and the rear drum brakes seized..

radios i tried to tract it with an other tractor it's a short distance about 200 miter.
he was sitting about 2 weeks only.
how to know if the rear drum break seized and how to repair it
