Deutz Allis 1920 Help?

We have a Deutz Allis 1920 Tractor with a 20hp Kholer Magnum engine in it. the Engine model is M20s. It starts and runs with the air filter off but is spraying a fine mist of fuel back out the carb, looking for suggestions if anyone has seen this and what to check. Thanks for your time and help.

What year is it, how many hours?

I am thinking a 89 or 90, can't find a year on it.

I am not sure the motor tag is correct though as when you looks at the Kohler web site and use the numbers above it visualy shows a diffrent motor using a dual stack design for the air intake, this motor looks just like the MV20. The hour meter is at 800 hrs and it works as i can hear it ticking.

Well I think its fixed and running like a top, someone dropped a screw from the base plate of the air cleaner down the carb and it was stuck in the intake valve. The valve did not open enough to allow it through.
