Thanks guys. Wow! What a machine. Can't believe it is finally here. Put an hour on it today trying to get the feel. It's not a toy that's for sure. Hopefully my BH won't be long off and I'll be able to get some work done. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

?. Did your CK20 come with a rear PTO cover? I do not have one on mine and am wondering if they are supposed to come with one. Thanks. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

All new tractors are sold with a PTO cover Gerard. Get in touch with the dealer who should have assured it was on. Did they put on the seat belts? Also, get you a nice metric socket set and make sure all the loader connections are good and tight. When something as important as a PTO cover is overlooked, one should assure that all else is well. I'm happy for you receiving your new CK. John

Nope. No seatbelts. He has to pick up the tractor when the BH comes in and said he will install them then. I could go and get them but he's about an hour away so I'll just wait. I'm not really doing much with it other than flat ground "getting-use-to-it" practice. If the BH isn't here by next week though, then I'll take the drive.

My dealer told me today that Kioti is telling him my BH is about 1 1/2 weeks away so I wouldn't hold my breath if I were you. I find this a major failing of Kioti not to order more BHs than they do. Apparently they only ordered 70 for their last order and they were sold way before they arrived. Go figure. They'd rather make people wait and maybe become disenchanted with the brand than to order enough so people don't have to wait. This is becoming the practice of many companies and not a good one. John

Well John, I know you've been waiting quite some time now.
I hope you get your BH soon (and mine soon after that). Thanks for the new info.

( Well John, I know you've been waiting quite some time now.)Yes, Gerard, since the end of January I've been waiting for it. So your dealer didn't install a PTO cover or seatbelts? I'd look your tractor over very well to see what else may not have been done. I'd hate for something to cause you to have an accident. John

No seat belts. My mid PTO has the cover but not the rear. I also need the battery hold down clamp. Everything else (so far) seems to be okay, but I'll keep looking it over to make sure.

Well at least you got yours. I am still waiting on mine. I got turf tires and the fronts still haven't come in. This is going on 3 weeks. /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif

When I got my CK20 last year, it did have the Mid PTO cover but not the rear. I asked my dealer about it and he said they normally take them off. He went in the back and gave me one. It was not like it was a really cover though, I mean one that attached to the frame. It was just a rubber sleeve that only covered the shaft.

( No seat belts. My mid PTO has the cover but not the rear.) I hate to admit this, but through this whole thread I was thinking you meant the protective cover for the PTO and I couldn't imagine how there wasn't one on your tractor. When you mentioned mid PTO cover, I realized you were just talking about the PTO COVER, not the shield! That's one of the longest senior moments I've EVER had! Mine was removed as well when the dealer put on the bushhog that it came home with and I don't care about putting it on, taking it off. It's not a big deal. The seatbelts, however... John

Sorry if I confused you John. I should've be more thorough in my explanation. My dealer told me to put a little grease on the rear shaft for now. Usually there will be an attachment on so the cover just sits on the shelf. /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif

( Sorry if I confused you John. I should've be more thorough in my explanation. ) Totally not your fault Gerard, you called it by it's name. Cptdave got it right calling it the PTO shield that I was thinking you meant. Besides, it takes a lot less than YOU to confuse ME! /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif LOL Thanks cptdave. John
