ALL MY MANUEL SAYS IS 15-W40 CC 0R CD---I WAS LOOKING AT MOBILE 1300 BUT DON'T SEE EITHER OF THOSE SPECS. WHAT TO USE?

Mobile 1300 is API service requirement CK-4 approved, the current rating. The CC and CD ratings are obsolete, superseded by the CK rating. Just means the oil is better quality than the manual required.

 

[Roadworthy]

Current oils are CJ, CK, and CI. All would be backward compatible with CC and CD.
