This week, in civil case #2:06-cv-02539-MBS of US District Court, District of South Carolina, Charleston Division, Gyro-Trac was found guilty of fraud, violation of South Carolina Unfair Trade Practices Act, and what I guess can be translated as "business misconduct" (see attached PDF of the jury verdict).
As many of you already know Gyro-Trac and DENIS CIMAF brushcutter-chipper heads are related, I wanted to make things clear:
Should you have any question about the relationship between DENIS CIMAF and Gyro-Trac, I'll be happy to answer.

- Gyro-Trac does use DENIS CIMAF technology;
- Gyro-Trac now manufactures all its brushcutting (fixed tooth planar) heads and teeth/cutters itself;
- Although Gyro-Trac currently owns 35% of DENIS CIMAF, it has no influence on DENIS CIMAF's business practices and conduct;
- Actually, DENIS CIMAF is currently seeking to have Gyro-Trac removed from its shareholders, for different reasons related to Gyro-Trac's business practices and conduct;
