demo bron275!! wow!!

well guys, i had a chance to run a Bron 275 for about 4 hours today and all i can say is wow. This machine seems to be the right size and power for us. At 30000lbs and 30" pads on a long undercarraige makes this thing walk on water. i think the hydraulics to the head is 80gpm at 5800psi and has a C7 275hp cat engine. here are some phone pics....gonna post some better ones later.

the cut on this machine isnt quite as good as the barko. The barko does have more hyd flow and horsepower. The cabs are similar, but where the bron really performs best is in the wet areas...this thing will walk through the mud and doesnt leave ruts. it has floating tracks which really helps the ride and the traction. looks like it would be easy to work on also.

price....well its high.....really high.

I think we will wait on this bad boy till we get some more work.

SSP, I like your web site! I know nothing about your line of work, but I like it! I just am a tractor boy wanna be, trying to keep my 9 acres fairly cleared of underbrush with only a chain saw, axe, and little JD 2210 tractor! Keep us posted on this machine if you get one. I know south GA quite well, family is from there, used to bird (quail) hunt there on family place waay back when there were wild quail. now, mostly pine trees where I hunted, and deer. Well, your before/after photos are great! I would have you come to my place if I had $ to pay you! Meanwhile, back to ye ole axe...
