Delivery check list

Hello

I expect to take delivery of my B7500 next week, that seems like a month from now to me . I will also be getting operational instructions at that time. Can anybody tell me things that I should be checking when the delivery is made while I have the dealer there. For reference; I have a FEL and BH coming, no mowers, so I won't need to check the mower alignments.

Congratulations! The waiting is the hardest part!



Below is a delivery Check List:

1. Check all fluid levels. Coolant, Fuel, Engine oil, Front axle oil, Hydraulic oil.

2. Check wheel lugs, loader brackets, ROPS and various other obvious bolts for tightness.

3. Engage PTOs and watch for movement at idle.

4. Check all the lights.

5. Take it for a spin and verify brakes and throttle, transmission ranges and HST.

6. Check operation of Loader, BH & 3ph

7. Have them completely remove the loader and BH and put it back on.

8. Show how to remove screen for radiator.

9. Run rag along all hydraulic hoses to check for leaks. Check tightness of lines.

10. Have the dealer person show you the does and don'ts. Especially for first 50 hours.


I recommend getting the shop & illustrated parts manuals. Also have the dealer weld on two loader bucket hooks. Color Code Hydraulic Hoses with plastic ties.

I ordered three hooks (reinforced) welded on the loader and on hook on the BH bucket.
