I inserted an attachment in one of my post, and then decided I did not want it.

I tried everything I could to delete it, so how do you edit a post and delete the attachment.

Seems like if I can select an attachment, then I should be able to deselect, or delete it.

Help.

Not sure, but if you select edit at the bottom of the post, can you not then delete the section between the [attachment] tags?

I looked all through Manage attachments, and found no delete or remove selection.

If you go advanced and then use manage my attachments you can delete it by hovering over the attachment in the area for attaching them and then clicking the "x" that pops up when you do.

Thanks, you were right.

I did that the other day and nothing happened. I never did see the delete box that popped up.

They must have the slice window set pretty small for the hover feature. Glad it's working for you now. :)

Am I the only one who saw the title "Deleting unwanted attachments" and thought Craig's List, or Ebay? It's not 'til I read the post that I found out what kind of attachments the OP was talking about. :duh:

Hope the other guys were able to help you out, J_J.
