Other things

For hydo transmissions, transmission fluid means the hydro fluid, I guess. If you mant more deatil, the manual is online.

Thanks bigpete for your response. I looked at the 4300 owners manual this weekend and it says change at 500 hours. I just posted a new question about all of this in the forum.

I changed my transmission/hydraulic fluid on my 4010 at 50 hours and am glad I did. It had some thin break in fluid I guess of some sort in it and I noticed the transmission had began to whine quite a bit when nearing 50 hrs. The 4010 had an internal filter that has to be replaced and when I changed it I took one of the magnets from inside it and ran it around the bottom of the transmission. You would not believe the metal shavings I got out of it! After I changed it it quit whining exessively and the hydraulics worked smoother.
