Shortly after 5pm (EDT), a post appeared with a title in a foreign alphabet. The post was quickly deleted, presumably because it was a a first post and appeared to be spam. Before the post was deleted, I used Google to determine that the alphabet was Ukrainian (a version of Cyrillic) and that the message read "In my country there is no dealer in Kioti, please link trusted online store for filters."
In this case, what appeared to be spam was an innocent request for information. However, the poster certainly limited potential responses by his/her choice of language.
