Guys, here is a picture of Deere's new CT332 w/pilot controls. I know this isn't necessarily anything new to the industry but this is the first time Deere has had these available. They are available on all large frame SSL & CTL (325/328/332/CT332). They are EH controls, not wire contorlled. They have much better response then the CAT/ASV controls. I was in a Komatsu SSL this morning with pilot controls and it didn't have near the control while turning as the Deere machine does, same goes for CAT/ASV. Just thought some of you might like to see them and know they were out. Deere will also have forestry package/packages available by the end of the year...

Now, if Deere could only get the CTL ride selector out of bronco mode.

Does the door roll up?

Yes, the Door rolls up-that way if you run out of Fuel with the Boom up you can still get out, and you won't have issues with broken glass because either you bypassed the safety switch on the Door or forgot to close it-

Yellow is construction equipment. Green is Ag. the Homeowner / Small acreage stuff rides on Ag's coattails.

Hi Nate,

Is it an option or standard now. I would think they would make it standard since people are going that direction it would seem?

It is still an option, you can still get the standard hand/foot contorls, servo hand only controls (case controls), or the new EH Pilot controls.

Nice. I think pilots are definitely the way to go.

I demoed a 332 not long ago with a snow blower and I liked the excavator door (it still had the old controls). I wish ASV would make all of their machines like that instead of just the SR70 & SR80.

Hopefully JD can increase their hydraulic hp. The RC100 has far superior hydraulic hp for those demanding high flow applications. My salesman showed me a chart that showed that the 332 was only putting out a little over 49 actual hydraulic hp (not the theoretical psiXflow/1714) at the attachment at 2750psi and only 10 actual hydraulic hp at 3300psi. The same chart showed the RC100 putting out 65 hydraulic hp at 3300psi at the attachment.
