deere JD302 starter problem

Greetings, I only get solenoid clicking when I try and start my tractor. I have replaced the two batteries and they are fully charged.
Is there anything else in the system that could cause the problem?? (other than the starter)
If the starter needs to be replaced, where is the best place to buy one. thanks,

Assuming that starter & solenoid are good. If battery ground cable hasn't been relocated from battery box to engine block that should be performed at this time. If this doesn't help you could install this:RE42993 STARTER MOTOR KIT
