Price Check Deere 870 price check

I have found a 4WD 1995 JD 870 with a 440 FEL for sale. It has 780hrs on it. It appears to be in good condition but did sit outside so it is faded, has a worn seat and a little rust here and there. He is asking $8000.00 How many hours are people putting on these tractors before anything major has to be done?

Does not sound like a bad price, Major work would be a new clutch, and at 780hr that clutch is middle aged.
