Deere 110TLB Rear SCV?

The optional rear SCV cluster on our Deere 110TLB isn't working. The local dealer says the most likely cause is the solenoid on the loader diverter valve

Any thoughts? Has anyone done a repair on this?

You can check out a solenoid by disconnecting the plug on the solenoid and applying 12v using a jumper from the battery.

The plunger inside the valve may also be jammed.
