I finally got my yanny running again,rebuilt the head and injectors,there is one thing I'm having a problem with and that is the decompression doesn't work.I didn't take anything off the valve cover when I tore it down but now it doesn't work.I looked in the valve cover and see 3 "cams?" that move when the linkage is moved.From what I've read in the manual it's supposed to open the exhaust valves but doesn't say exactly how this happen.can somebody please tell this ole dummy how it works?also can somebody tell me the walmart equev.# for the oil filter for a 1610d? I've been buying napa's but theirs is $12.00 apiece.thanks much,russ
