Decent price?

So I've gone back 18 pages and from what I can tell it seems like a fair to decent deal.

2008 Kubota B2620
7' Kubota Backhoe w/mechanical thumb
Roof canopy
Quick attach front bucket
16" backhoe bucket
HST
195 hours, original owner, VERY well maintained (I know him personally, he keeps everything he owns mint)

$18k

With all the useful attachments, and the fact you know its history, and the owner, seems like a fair price for both parties. Sometimes, equipment that is in prime condition, never abused, is worth a bit more for peace of mind, if nothing else.
