I'm assuming since you say repair, that it is a paper pulley, or most widely known as a Rockwood pulley..??

If you click on the farm equipment pulleys icon, and scroll; down a ways through the list you will find a brand new pulley for the saw for $145.00.
But, they also rebuild originals. No price listed for that.

I had looked at these guys to rebuild an original pulley for one of my Farmalls. The rebuilt price from them was as much as a new one (3 yrs ago). I'd check ebay.
