Dealing with sharps in the shop

I just drop my used blades in the middle of the trash in the waste
basket always handle bags by the top. Never been cut yet!

I just use the edges until they are no longer sharp. (single edge blades and utility knife)

Then I let them rust out in the scrap metal bucket. They all go to the metal bin at the waste center in the end.
