With the steering problem I had with my 2710 my dealer picked up and delivered my tractor several times. No questions asked, and they even did a free engine oil change at 200 hours.

I only have a very few that I will loan tools too. I have a lot of tools that I use very infrequently. I have them because if I borrow something and break it. I either fix or buy a replacement. I hate spending money for a tool and still not have one. Those who borrow from me and don't have the same thinking don't get to borrow from me again. JIM

AAAAAAAAAAAAAARGGH !!!!!
I've had my share of dealer displeasure but I can't say they didn't at least try to assist me.
Appearently Kubota doesn't care who is selling their equipment as long as it gets sold.
Cut your losses and find a new dealer. also, keep the dealer name out there for all to see and AVOID.

I try to avoid borrowing - if something can happen while I'm using it, probably will.
I'll borrow something once - if I need it twice it an excuse to buy a new tool!
