It is high enough for this area. I would like to see it retail at $3000-$3500 if it was diesel and all checked out well. Ken Sweet

Ken, is that your "buyin' price" or your "sellin' price"?

I've sold a couple 135's this summer, both in good shape, good rubber, diesels, one with about every option available.....Got $4800 for one and $5500 for #2. Had an outrageous offer on my 150 yesterday. It took all the self control I had to turn down the offer.

Then again, I looked at a nice 135 today that needs tires, but otherwise in good shape, for $3400. And a very nice 165 for $3600. Thinking about going after the 165 on tuesday if it's still there. Prices are all over the board here lately.

That would be retail. If you travel about 100 miles south, you will find all the little Masseys you want in the $2500 range. These are hold overs from the tobacco farmers here in the central Ky. A sharped up one like your 150 could go for $7500 + to the right person. Ken Sweet

Wow...Prices up this way have gone down with the economy, but not THAT far down. Still a ton of 'em here in the Bullitt/Spencer/Shelby/Nelson/Jefferson county area, many from the tobacco farms and horse farms in the area.....but prices are still holding @ $4000 and higher for diesels in decent shape.

I still find it funny how $20 worth of paint can net $1000, and $1000 worth of tires sometimes won't help $20.....

Truer words I've not heard in a while. Not just in tractors either. Pretty much true with our whole society today.

Be well.

Thanks for all the feedback folks, this is great stuff. I have no real comparison for the difference in prices between KY and GA is, but either way it does not seem that the price on this one is far off the mark.
