dashboard indicator Kubota GL 35

Please help me what meaning when this indicator blinks (flashing) and whet it stay on.


I found a manual of Kubota GL35 in japonese,. Does anyone know how to translate the text below?

I'll take a guess.
Could it be a charging system warning light?
The figure on the left could be electricity flowing between positive and negative poles.
The figure on the right could be a voltmeter,battery,or an inductive current clamp.
Maybe it tells if the charging system isn't working?
