Recently got a pretty decent D1650 with a couple pretty minor probs - one was the seals on the stub axles up front were leaking badly. Have got the seals coming and should be re-assembling in the next few days. My question is: what is the capacity of oil in the axle? Even with it been leaking for some time the amount of oil that drained out was quite a bit. I see the fill points on the axle housing but nothing to indicate when enough is in. I was expecting to find a pipe type plug on the side somewhere to remove and fill till oil ran out --- but dont see such a thing. So does some one know what the capacity here? would think its gonna need a gallon or more....
