cyl seed question

I was on the Surplus center tech site trying to size a pump for my processor project. The calculator for force and speed gave me some weird numbers. The cyl is a 5.5in bore with 2.5in shaft. When I tried speed for 20gpm, I got extend of of 3.2sec and retract of 4.1sec and for 28gpm I got speed of extend 4.5 sec and retract of 5.7 sec. I always thought that retract would be faster than extend and 28gpm would be faster than 20gpm. Am I thinking this wrong or is their calculator not right.

Never mine, reading the durn thing backwards. Inches per sec, dont know what I was thinking.

Yep. it lists Inches per second, then next row below it gives the cycle times. Had to read it 3 times myself.
