2012 Kioti ck20s; 1998 Kubota G1800
Hi all, I'm about to purchase a used CUT to do some light clearing and leveling, mulching, aerating, little bit of bush hogging and some mowing with RFM. I have about 3 acres at home to take care of and also do odd jobs for the neighborhood such as leveling dirt, aerating and some clearing. Here is what I'm looking at and I'm looking for opinions on the price of the tractor and it's practicality for what I'm doing. I have no desire for a SCUT, I used to own one several years ago:

Kioti ck20 with finish mower - 2012 with 725 hrs; $10,200
Kioti ck30 with finish mower - 2005 with 834 hrs; $11,000
Kubota B7800, no mower - 2011 with 423 hrs; $10,250
Kubota B2920, no mower - 2008 with 336 hrs; $10,500
Kubota B2400, no mower - 1998 with 956 hrs; $9,000
NH TC33, no mower - 821 hrs; $10,800

I'll be getting either a pirahna toothbar and/or a ratchet rake along with box blade and aerator (plus finish mower if tractor I choose doesn't come with one).

Thanks for any opinions.

Edit to above, the b2920 does have a MMM.

Not sure about the nh, I never Checked them out, the ck30 I believe is physically the biggest. If they have been maintenence well I think any would do well for you

I'd go NH or CK30 myself. They look to be the heaviest.

Weight determines what you can do. HP just determines how fast you can do it.

Also, what dealers for each are in your area, do they have service areas, and are parts readily available? Go to the dealer that you would use to buy parts/service and talk to the people there. Salesmen, parts guys, try to get a feel for the place. They're all good machines, but people count for a lot as well.

I think I should be able to get the ck30 a little less than $11k, if I can get it for $10k I'll probably buy it if he'll come down to $10k. My only concern with it is it's a 2005. How can I check if the kl130 loader is one that had the cracking problems?

I would go with the NH with the CK30 being a close second place. Can't go wrong with either of those.
