Cup Holder

Really enjoying my XR4140H, however it doesn’t have a cup holder.
What solutions have been tried?

I have a LS XR4046 and found this holder that works really well. It has strong magnets and pockets also. Its kind of pricey, but is very handy and will last a long time.
I purchased it at the TBN store.

Mine was easy....
6inches of PVC pipe and long hose clamps attached to ROPS at shoulder height. No need to drill RIPS. I put a long bolt through the bottom if PVC to keep bottle in place. No picture but simple idea. Paint it blue or black to be fancy.

I may try the PVC, it sounds good.

Size your PVC for the bottle/ can you use. I used a 4inch pipe for a large 22 oz water bottle and had to band together 2 larger hose clamps to wrap around the ROPS and the pipe. It's all good.

As promised....
Note the bolt on the bottom right to keep the bottle in place.
I also freeze the bottle half full of ice and then fill with drink. The ice thaws as I work and I have a continuously cold beverage.....

Best cup holder I've had is the lid to a Frontier attachment document holder. I've it bolted (with a single small bolt) to the tower of the FEL. Check with your dealer about getting a Frontier document holder or get a Frontier attachment.

I've my fire extinguisher in the bottom part of a document holder, attached to the right fender.

Not fancy, made from scrap on hand:
3in PVC
3/4 in PVC trim
Scrap oak
2 screws
Gray paint of wrong shade



Mounted in unused slots in front of parking brake handle

Very similar to mine and worked great.......until a Robin laid two small eggs in the nest she made of the cup holder.

Very nice... I'll check if 4" PVC will fit as I use a larger bottle. And I'll need a a 4" plug for the bottom!

I found this at a local store in their fishing area. It's a boat caddy and if you search for them on Amazon, you'll find quite a few to choose from. I bolted it to the top of my fender and it's been sitting outside for at least ten years.

I just bought an LS XR3135H and it came with a factory cup holder. Dealer said it was the first one he's seen. It is mounted to the left ROPS with U-clamps. It's very nice and will fit a 44 oz drink cup. This doesn't seem to be a model specific item, I would imagine you could order one from the parts dept. and put it on any tractor with a ROPS. I'll try to get some pics tomorrow!

Great idea...gotta love how ideas are community engineered with elegant and simple solutions .. now to figure brackets and a scarbard for a chain saw carry!
