Think you could post some pictures and specifications? How much do the various sizes weigh? What size are the wheels? Axle size and bearing configuration?

Our wheels are 14" tall with a width of 3.75" each wheel weighs about 24 lbs. we use a 1 3/4" solid axle. We use a 4 bolt flange bearing that is made in USA. Our frame work is 2 1/2" x 2 1/2" x 3/8" thick. Our end plate design is what seperates us from our competition. Our bearings can be replaced in the feild in 5 mins. with 2 3/4" wrenches. Unlike the old billion cultipackers that wear through the cast iron housing. Our 6ft cultipacker weighs 950lbs. our 7ft is 1050 lbs. 8ft weighs 1300 lbs. also our 8ft units have a center support bearing. To my knowledge no other manufacturer builds and 8ft unit with a center support bearing. Prices are 6ft $1000.00, 7ft $1100.00, 8ft $1300.00 We will build them in anysize no matter how small or large. We also have a smaller diameter wheel for our 4ft ATV models that flip over. I have attached a pic of an 8ft unit with the center support bearing. It is kinda hard to see. You can see our end plate design in the second picture. Feel free to give me a call 731 607 2650

what makes the 8' cultipacker 250 pounds heavier than the 7'? It should only hold 3 more wheels @ 24pounds each. Does it have that much more steel in it?
Also can you let us know how many wheels are on each size packer?

Well there is another foot of the frame work also the 1 3/4" axle and it takes 4 wheels. it actually measures a few inches over 8ft. I had rather add a wheel rather than short someone. Aand sweettractors our end plates are also 3/8" and remember there is an extra end plte and a bearing, thats why the weight jumps so quick. We have built over a thousand of these and we have never had 1 complaint. And i intend to keep it that way. I build each unit as if it were for me.

We have new and used wheels. And i have my wheels that are new cast in the USA. If you are interested in buying we do wholesale units also.

I'm unsure of the meaning of that answer. So are you saying that you have 3 different wheels? new wheels, used wheels, and your wheels?

I also sell units with used wheels that we sand blast and mic the hubs to check for wear. If they are wore out i discard them. The used wheel cultipackers are 200.00 cheaper. The small wheel cultipackers for ATV's are used we clean them check them for wear or cracks. Hope this helps. Look us up on fb for pics

I contacted Edwards Implement Co. What a great experience. I purchased a 7' Kubota orange cultipacker with carbon steel "wheels" QuickHitch compatible 3PT hitch. Bo Edwards makes a super cultipacker but more importantly has great customer service. He asked what tractor I had and what I was using the implement for. I live in Nashville so I drove to Savannah Tn. to pick it up. Bo and his team, Dale and Tony are fabricating a great (and patented)implement. I put the cultipacker to use yesterday and it performed well.
