cub yanmar ex3200 power beyond

I'm having quite a time trying to get information about where the power beyond ports are on my Cub/Yanmar EX3200. I talked to my dealer but no luck, I probably need to go there and rifle through shop manuals to get an answer. I looked at the JD parts site for the 790 and 3005 models. Seems to be very similar. I just got my WR Long true third function kit the other day and am trying to get my stuff together to do the project this weekend.

Hey Cow....congrats on what I think is a nice little tractor. Looked 'em over a bit before buying and thought they have just about everything the JD790 has PLUS some better hydraulic lift and a hydro...and a few more features that are nice.

I don't think with the hydro on your tractor that the JD power beyond will be of much help to you tho....no? I would try posting in the Cub Cadet section too to see if you get any action there to help you out.

I will be curious to hear a report after you get some more hours on that tractor. Hope the CC/Yanmar folks can help you too....you may need to call their service guy to help you along....as there don't seem to be many on here with that tractor.

I plan to go to the dealer today and hopefully get the shop manual to accomplish this project. There have been no problems so far, only 30 hours on it or so. I'll post some pictures of the install when it gets done and maybe some hydraulic schematics to help others out. It is chained up right now to help in my icy yard. Thanks.

The power beyond ports are on the front side of the loader valve. I found it in the technical manual. Looks like I need to take off some panels but the install looks pretty straight forward. I'll post pictured when it gets done.

I should have responded earlier-sorry about that.

Your CC is closer to the 2520/2720 I think rather than the 790/3005 series possibly. There should also be a plug (it's really a screw) that needs to be put in the block to direct flow to the ports.

I am very familiar with the JD hydraulic setup if you need any more help...

Would the best route then be to order the PB kit for this tractor? I think its about $150. If not then what sizes of hardware do you think I'd need? Thanks for your time.

What are going to use the PB for?

$150 is a GOOD price for a PB kit...

I am plumbing in a WR Long true third function kit for running a grapple. Also plan on building a snow plow for my FEL with hydraulic angle. I do not need to use the PB for running a log splitter and do not plan on getting the backhoe for this tractor.

OK, have you looked at getting a electric diverter instead? You would not need the PB at all for that.

Got the kit already, non-returnable of course. I'll be doing a lot of grapple work clearing about a half mile of dead Siberian Elms so I wanted to have all functions of the loader available. As usual in my world things get more complicated the deeper I get into a project!!!
