Cub Cadet XT1 46" EFI with Fab Deck - Good mower or something else for .75 acres?

I just got a much larger tractor after having owned a little John deere and one thing I really failed to consider is how much the additional weight, even with R4 tires, will damage the ground. Unless the ground is 2-weeks dry without a drop of rain, I'm going to get ruts from the new kubota. I'm fine with that right now as I'm rough cutting away weeks and other crap and have to level some parts of the .75 acre area my cabin is on, anyway. Once level, though, I'm going to install a sprinkler system and bermuda and I won't want my Kubota L4701 on it any more. So... I'm going to have to have something smaller to maintain grass with. I'd love to have the smallest BX kubota but that's too much money and really provides nothing I don't already have in the L.

I'm caring for a .75 acre rectangle (fenced out of 60) with only a large, round fire pit right to content with. I'll put some small trees along the perimeter but I'll not be cutting "around" them as they'll be on the fence line so I don't need hyper-agility. I do have an enormous number of trees to cut down and process and would like a small trailer to tow behind and put a few logs in it and run them around the property when needed. I'll also want to pull a spreader for seeds and fertilizer at some point as well. As I have a tractor with a grapple, FEL bucket, box blade, auger, and a few other digging tools, I really don't need anything other than mow, tow, and spread. My property is gently rolling hills.

I have researched a LOT and I know that I want a fab or at least reinforced deck since I can see those rusting through on a lot of used ones. I'd love to have an EFI engine so I don't have to deal with gummed up carbs over time. I'd like the deck to have rollers so it doesn't scalp as it will probably never be fairway smooth on my property. It seems every riding mower I look at has some kind of issue or another when reading reviews.

The Cub Cadet XT1 LX46 EFI FAB is their EFI engine that is 547cc with a fabricated deck and a 46" cut. It has a 3 year unlimited hours and lifetime fab deck warranty. With a 3 Gal fuel tank and EFI, I won't have to refill constantly. This unit is $2000 which is about the max I want to spend, again, since I have a very robust tractor setup for everything else.

Comments and/or suggestions are welcome before I dump $2K on another piece of hardware.
