What is everyones take on the CC website? I do find it very informative and frustrating at the same time.
I have registered with the "owners group" but it doesn't work.
What do yo think?

The CC site I think is OK, but could show some more of the technical specifications and definitely more pictures of the various machines IMHO.

Wait till you see the parts ordering system. Talk about wacky!

It doesn't even show you the prices UNTIL you're at almost the last "finish" button.

And in my case, it just dumped my order at the end. Never happened.

I said to heck with it and went to C&G instead. Totally different experience.

THANKS for the compliment!!! One additional item about us (C&G) is that you can talk to a real live person (usually me!) if you have questions. Try THAT with the CCC site!!!

Yeah, Chad was a great help and a really nice guy to work with. He spent almost an hour with me working out all the part numbers I needed, and good technical advice as well.

I'll definitely be back. A lot I suspect :)

Yes, C&G is impressive, I had to order dozens of parts to rebuild my 44C deck, and not one mistake on any of the orders. Wright equipment www.cubcadetstore.com has been a 100% reliable place for my parts needs also.

Yeah, I signed up for that owners club... nothing happened. When I tried re-registering, thinking it didn't take, it said that that email address was already in use... Really?

I think that their website is ok, but for an outfit like that, it could be a more reliable and intuitive.

I just tried and did manage to get into the Owner's Cub on the first try, but once inside it and seeing what was there (IMHO essentially nothing) I had to ask myself why did I bother??
