The tail-lights on my CC 1641 have not worked for two years. I recently replaced the bulbs; but they still don't work. The wires to the lights and the ground to the body seem OK. I don't want to remove the bodywork to trace the wiring.

Has anyone had a similar problem? How did you solve it?

Thanks for your help,

MTD solved it by eliminating the tail lights. My 2004 3235 has no rear lights at all.

The fender deck isnt probably grounding correctly. Try running jumper wire from the battery ground directly to the light ground and see if they turn on. Some of the newer cubs fender decks are rubber shock mounted and dont get a good ground thru the mounts. Cheers Mike

Thanks, Mike.

I will give it a try.
