Cub Cadet Shifting Problem

I have a Cub Cadet (149) that, all of a sudden, won't shift properly. It barely creeps going forward or backward. This problem started, suddenly.

Any suggestions for trouble shooting this?

Check for transmission fluid. Look at the driveshaft roll pins where they couple to the engine
and transmission, one may have sheared off.
