Cub Cadet 80 hydro

Hi , I bought a Cub Cadet 80 last fall to use as a poor man's yard four wheeler . I can find no neutral position or release valve to allow the tractor to pushed around when not running . Was it meant to be this way or am I missing something ? Thanks for any input . Milton
