3-Point Hitch Cub Cadet 7195 - 3 point hitch stuck in up position

My Woods "bush hog" is mounted on the back and is stuck in the up position. Can't seem to get it down no matter what I try.

Is there a way to release the pressure in the hydraulic line and will that lower the mower? Once the pressure has been released, do I need to do anything to get the PTO's up/down operation working properly again? I'm not much of a mechanic, so the simplest fix is best for me.

There may be a knob straight down from the front edge of the bottom of your seat. If that got tightened I think it will lock the 3-point. Give that a twist and see what happens?

Outlander and OldMachinist -- It worked like a charm. I'm back in business! I knew that knob was there, but never thought about turning it. Not sure how it ever got locked, but now I know what to do. Thanks for the help!
