Cub Cadet 3000 series Trans Filter Leak

I have been leaking trans fluid from the filter... thinking it was the filter... replaced it twice !
It still leaks.... it is dripping from above the filter.... the schematic shows part #721-0519...
Seal Gland 0-Ring..... is this my problem ?
This engine has 710 hard hr.s on it , and 2 years ago...replaced both front and rear crank seals....
due to hardening of the seals and severe leaks.
This is why I think the O-Ring listed above may be the source of the leak ...
3 filters could NOT be defective.
Need help ASAP ....

unless a replacement seal is gold-plated ($$$), sure couldn't hurt to replace and see...?

Thanks....the seal is $22.00 but I have to just pull rear shell off so I can see what's going on there....
online research says it mat be pressure relief vales.
There is a youtube on it.

shot in the dark question, but are you running an exact OEM filter in that tranny? Some aftermarket types might develop addt'l back pressure and be more prone to leakage...

Yes.... thanks for asking though....at first thought filter was leaking, because drip
runs down , from top of filter, but like I said... I could not have gotten 3 bad filters in a row.
There is a youtube of the pressure relief valve O-rings hardening up over time...this machine
is 10 years old ( 2003 ) with 710 hr.s hard on her...so I will look at that when I get seat off to see in there.
Also at the same time ...I have a bad coil in the right side cylinder.... so machine is totally down at this time.
