I think I am going to buy a 2523. The dealer quoted $3,999 without any negotiation. I am also going to buy a Troy Bilt 13045 Snowthrower - he quoted $2,399. Along with this I am going to purchase ramps that list for $159. Those items total $6,557. Would it be unreasonable to offer him $6,100 cash?

Update - I ended up buying the 2523 and 13045 for $6K. I think it was a fair deal. Hopefully the tractor will not disappoint.
