Cub Cadet 1852 electric clutch wont disengage

Hi i am looking for help with possible solutions to why my electric clutch wont disengage. The clutch switch makes a noise in the clutch, when i flip it and this model also has a reverse shut off feature. any ideas and how to advice on clutch removal is appreciated. i have taken apart the wiring pigtail at the electric clutch and cleaned it. ho do i remove the clutch? do i need to?

when dropping that PTO... 1) IT"S HEAVY!! Will take an impact wrench to loosen that bolt that holds it to engine crankshaft. TAKE BEFORE/DURING/AFTER pixs to keep from getting screwed up. Put neverseize on engine crankshaft before final re-assy. Most likely the idler bearing inside the PTO is shot and possibly can be replaced. Get the brg # off the old one's shell - go to local brg shop for replacement - may save $$. Good luck.
