cub cadet 106 sale

my friend is selling a cub cadet 106 to me. he wants 200 bucks, its got a new clutch disk, new wiring harness, lights, new teaser spring, and he rebuilt the valves in the engine. it also comes with a mower deck with no quick attach cradle and a working snow thrower. problem is the tractor has no pto. is $200 a good deal?

$200 is a good price but how do you plan to run the mower or snowblower with no PTO?

I would do it a pto is not hard to find for them and dont cost that much!
