2009 cub cadey 1050
I have a 2009 cub cadet 1050. It will mow for about 30 minutes then it is like it loses power and will not go forward or reverse on even the smallest incline. If I let it cool for awhile, then will run good again. I have changed the belt and it still does it.

Any ideas please.

Thanks

Have you checked for leaks in the transmission area? Have you ever changed the transmission oil? It's a bit involved on our model, but I do it each year at end of mowing season.(a season for us is a little over 100hrs of use) Must remove seat, both the brake and go pedals, fenders/floor pan, and the panel under the seat/over the fuel tank. Then I lift the fuel tank up, and out of the way enough to gain access to tranny fill plug and recovery tank.

Your problem sounds to me like low oil level.....or a fan not working, but it bolts to the pulley...so if it's there, it should be working

PS: Check bottom of tranny for drain plug before taking mower apart....plug is round and is removed with an allen wrench....Bob
