Cub Cadet 1000

Does anyone have any info on the Cub Cadet 1000? What years made, etc. It has a single cylinder Kohler ( I think) engine. It runs great, but need info on mower deck and possibly service manual.

Anyways the 1000 was made between 1974 and 1980(last of the IH Cubs) With the serial # I can tell you the exact year.It was a wide frame with iso mounted engine and Elec. P.T.O

As for manuals go to www.ihcubcadet.com (the best Cub Cadet forum for pre 1981 cubs on the net) and they have a link for Binder Books who has all the manuals.
