If you are frank with the dealer right away and tell him your concerns and what you expect to happen, at least he knows.
If you get the contact names from the Dealer for the regional manager. Maybe Cubtech can reach out to you via PM and he can work with the dealer.
If it was me the dealer would know exactly how I feel and how hard I will drive this issue until there was complete 100%
satisfaction. Insult to injury is the long period of time before any repairs can be done. No mention of a loaner model during this time, and lastly this machine seems like its falling apart with so few hours on it....It sounds like a lemon and it should be looked at it that way with full replacement in mind...
I would have my lawyer draft or review written responses or speak directly to the Dealer and Cub rep. By having a lawyer speak for you, its keeping your interests as the priority. And should be able to keep things civil, so you can work with the dealer in the future.... That would be my suggestion on how to handle this...
