cub 3235 hyd pump no power

I have a cub 3235 I bought it new in 2001-02. It ran great until this summer. About half way through mowing my yard it lost all power. I took the hyd pump a part the gerotor was broke a small section chewed up. I replace the gerotor the internal filter. I clean the valves out the best I could. I put it back together no power to deck lift or trans. Little power to power steering. Is there air in the system and how do I bleed the air out? Is there still metal shavings in the system? Maybe the pump is shot. I appreciate any help. thanks jeff262

Did you install the O-rings and seal correctly. Also check the relief valve to make sure metal particles aren't keeping it open.

Hmmm... dunno. The parts descriptions I've seen on the 2 or 3K series machines show a typical swash plate hydrostatic pump/drive. Didn't know there was a gearotor in there, unless that's the auxiliary pump for the steering and aux attachments.
