Sounds good, hope it is a long term fix.

started great at 17 degrees
Just wanted to add that my dealership, Swiderski out of Wausau, Wi., did a great job. Prompt and considerate.

Dtix, have you seen my videos on you tube?

If so, how does yrs start compared to mine?

YouTube - Bobcat450SST's Channel

Tinman.... I watched your video and I would say that my 450 starts very similar to yours now. It takes about the same amount of time to smooth out.
Not bad for a diesel at 10 degrees.
It was much worse than that before they replaced the injector and re-timed it.

I watched the videos and I don't see a problem. Looks normal to me.
At work we have dozens of diesel engines. They all act like that when starting in cold weather. Many of them are much worse than I'm seeing in the videos.

I understand when cold they all start rough but mine does it @50, 60 even 70F.... Which I dont feel is normal, my skidsteer starts great compared to my tractor, my 440 I had for a year and 100 or so hours started much much smoother:confused:

It was 14 this morning and it would not start on the first 2 cranks, so I pluged it in for a while and it started finally.

Does it start the same when you use the heater, or is it smoother?

I have found that my 335 starts like that without the block heater when it's below freezing, but with the heater it starts very smooth, even at 9 degrees this morning.

No it's fine I have a bobcat ct122 and my tractor does the same thing. It's just because it's diesal and after it sits for a bit that's what happens and the white smoke is because it's cold. But do not worry it is perfectly fine. Also make sure to glow the plugs( turn the key backwards and hold it for 20 seconds.
