CT 230 INTERMITTENT WARM START

Just got my CT230 back from the dealer to deal with the tach/lights relay problem and an intermittent starting problem when warm. New under dash relay was supposed to solve the issues. Got it off the trailer, ran around a little bit and then shut down. No crank or start. Last time this happened, with the relay bad (It cold started fine just no tach, head or tail lights), I left it out all night to punish it and tractor started first turn of the key in the morning. Seat safety, HST pedal, PTO levers all appear ok. Any suggestions to pursue? Did I mention the starter will turn but won't engage when you try to jump it after having this no crank condition.

Don't mean to sound like a smart alec but seems to me the dealer should take it back and have another free look.

It is going back for sure, called them this am. They said if it wont start they may send a tech out to check it. I just don't know if it is the ignition switch or some double secret safety thing that is out of adjustment or has failed. It is a beast of a tractor once started. Very frustrating.
