CS2510 Cab height (w/factory cab)

Greetings...

My tractor's in stock at the dealer but they're waiting on snowblowers. Another week or so they said. I searched here and online for the overall height of the CS2510 with the factory cab and can't find it anywhere. Nice spec sites out there for the open / rops version but no luck for the cab. I'm wondering if it will go into my garage under the 7' door?

The CK2510 with a dealer installed cab will not fit under a 84" (7 ft) garage door. I just measured mine and it's 2 " too high. Not sure about factory installed cab.

Sorry, mine will also be a dealer installed cab. That's a bummer, I was hoping it would fit.

Light-bulb moment !! I should have noticed this .. you have the CK2510, mine is the CS2510. I compared specs and among the differences, the CK is almost 800 lb. heavier and has an additional 7" of ground clearance. Your cab probably sits higher. The CS just might make it ...

Hi Joe,

I realize this thread is almost two years old so I'm sorry to resurrect it, but did you buy the Kioti CS2510 with cab? Did it fit under your 7' garage door?

No, I didn't buy the Kioti tractor, the cab is too high to fit into a garage with a standard 7' garage door (mine is 7' x 10'). The dealer suggested I let some air out of the back tires...that sealed it for me. I went to Kubota next and the similarly powered BX2680 would easily fit with inches left over even after adding an LED mini-bar strobe. Inside, the Kubota cab was significantly quieter than the Kioti. It was better sealed against fumes and dust or snow getting into the cab. I have no experience with tractors but this just felt like a better machine to me. Kubota made a compelling offer which I would have taken had I not reconsidered and replaced my 10 year old Colorado Z71 4x4 with a new F150 with plow prep pkg. and plow.

Thanks for the reply. This creates a "Hmmmm...." moment. I was told with turf tires it's 82" to the highest point. Might have to do some recon on the lot with my own tape measure.

I didn't ask if that was with the tires filled. :laughing:

I hear ya, I was disappointed too. I'll see if I can find my reply from the dealer when they told me the cab height. The tires on the one I was getting had a V-tread pattern that looked fairly low profile and was flat across it's width.

I'll let you know when I find it.

My Kíoti was quoted in the brochure as 92" for ROPS and it was bang on when I bought it used. Once I filled the tires and transported it to my property and new garage with an 8' door opening, I only had 1" to spare. I am running 18 PSI in my rear R4s. Muddy tires will take me over 96"!!

Here's the relevant line from the last message I got from the local dealer on the cab height... "The dealer installed cab is 83.5" high and as such will not fit under most 7' garage doors."

My garage door didn't fully retract from the opening and hung down about an inch and a half below the 7-foot mark so he was not doable. The BX2680 was 77" overall to the top of the cab leaving plenty of room for a low profile strobe light.
