Crunched grill on my bobcat

Was pileing ceder trees awhile back and i got to far into the pile and one of the trees came threw my push bar on tractor and smashed my grill I heard it and got stopped before it was to bad. So i built a shield to go on the front of my tractor works great. I made it to come on and off very easy because it does cover up my head lights so i just put it on when im in the timber working.

Ive done the same thing with mine while using the grapple pushing pile of trees or limbs always bites me. I want to build something simular, could you post some more pics please of yr setup.

I will get some more pic's when i get a chance. Was a simple fix not much to it whish i had made it right away would have saved my grill. I used a 2ft x 2ft by 3/4 piece of plywood that fits on push bar I will take pic's of brackets i used that allow it to snap on and off you could bolt it soild but it does cover head lights and i figure the only time i need it is when im in the timber working.

I did the same thing on the same side. Looks just like yours does. Im just leaving it go. In time there will be more dents and scratches to come.

What is the yellow attachment on you other Bobcat?

I was mad not embarrassed i new it might happen was carefull all day and then just one quick tree jumped threw and crunch and my cover plate was so easy and fast to build wish i would have done it right away. So i hope i can save someone els from doing what i did. The yellow attachment is a hyd tree saw works great for cutting ceders off at grd levell
