Critique what went wrong.

After close examination of the photograph and careful reading of the comments, I cannot understand what problem exists. Please help me understand. Is the issue that the tag on the license plate is out of date?

Looks like the back tire is flat/or damaged on the tow vehicle also. My farm wagon being 20K pounds would haul that log. But no way on earth to get it on/off.

My ancient Ponderosa pines are big but NO WAY that large. I wonder what the fellow planned on doing with that thing.

looks like they used 4? 6? inch pipe to roll it in, probably same plan to get it off. maybe a dozer or excavator helped push it on the trailer since it's unlikely a winch on that trailer could do it & the plan was to chain it to something & try to drive out from under it or use a come along?
