Saw this on Rural King this morning.... Unbelievable price! Free shipping! I bought one of these when they were on sale at $117, it's a great seat! I just ordered another! Not Sure how long this sale will be on.

It says it’s a water resistant black fabric. Is this for a cab tractor or is it waterproof for an open station?

I ordered one...went through on my card... First one I ordered was $117. Got it no problem, like I said, great seat. About 3 days after I ordered the first one, the price went up to $219. When I saw this, almost too good to be true. I'll see....

It is "water resistant", I have flipped it forward when I washed the tractor and when it rained...stayed dry, water just beaded off.
