AG KING 3540
I have a 2005 ag king 3540 that spurs oil out of breather

Welcome to TBN
Is engine oil level at "full mark"? If so it sounds as if piston compression is entering crankcase via bad piston rings

Excessive 'blowby' is always an indicator of worn internal parts in an engine or, clogged return oil passages in the head caused by accumulated sludge blocking the return oil from draining back into the crankcase as 99% of breather tubes originate at the valve cover. Of course like Jim said, if the motor is overfilled with oil, it can also 'puke' out the draft tube. First thing to check would be the oil level and then pull the valve cover and inspect the drain back passages for sludge blockage, both are inexpensive to remedy and certainly much cheaper than an engine teardown.
